Service Use

You may use TechTrax only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for account credentials and activities under your account.

Billing and Subscriptions

Paid features are billed according to your selected plan and seat count. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant TechTrax a limited license to host, process, and transmit data only as needed to operate and support the service.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechTrax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TechTrax after updates means you accept the revised terms.
